St. Patrick's Day is a big Irish holiday.
It is celebrated in England, in United States, in Canada and Australia too. It's on 17th March.
The Shamrock (trifoglio) is green and it's got three leaves. It is a symbol of Ireland (Irlanda).

Children wear green and go to parades.
Children paint their faces green and they eat green food.
